What is Take 2 Styling?

I am so excited to share with my followers a new endeavour that I have embarked on. Ok, so the way I started this sentence sounded very like I am venturing into the jungles of some deserted island.  Unfortunately, it is not anything close to that, but if you have a jungle themed party that you need help finding that perfect outfit for I am your girl!

So my good friend Ellen and I have launched a closet cleanout and personal shopping business called Take 2 Styling!  Ellen and I originally met about 4 years ago while we were both working in a local women’s consignment boutique.  When I saw that this girl could rock a velvet jumpsuit with sequins I was like, “yasssss queen,” match made in heaven!

With our combined 15 years experience in retail/consignment we then come to how we got the name Take 2 Styling.  It is about taking a second look at your closet in terms of what you already have that we can restyle for you and then recommend a couple of great statement pieces such as a blazer, boots, etc. based on your budget. We also can help with a closet revamp with recommending what items can be consigned or donated.  Items that are donated we take to local Goodwill’s and professional work wear is donated to Dress for Success.

Our recommendations come from two great perspectives for our clients to connect on a more personal level.  My side is the curvy perspective with recreating runway looks on a budget.  Ellen comes from the point of view of being on the petite side with experience in high end fashion without paying full price. At then end of the day we both have the experience to help any women, any size, any style, and any budget to feel confident and be the best version of you!
